The Curse of Schembechler

Associated Press - After the nation has watched the University of Michigan Wolverines lose their last four games since the passing of Bo Schembechler (against Ohio State, USC, Appalachian State & Oregon), stories have been confirmed throughout the Big Ten that Bo Schembechler went to hell when he passed away on November 17, 2006. Schembechler was planning on arriving in heaven upon passing from his mortal life to the one of immortality. Instead, Schembechler has been negotiating with Lucifer to strike a deal to exchange his one way ticket to hell for a ticket to the pearly gates of heaven. The negotiated deal includes a clause that the University of Michigan Wolverines would have to lose a predetermined number of consecutive games to allow Lucifer to win enough money by betting against Michigan in Las Vegas. The potential number of consecutive losses or gross amount of winnings required in the deal were not disclosed at press time.
