Hola Amigos!

I know it has been a long time since I rapped with you all, but I have been really busy lately. I thought I would publish my thoughts on various topics over the past few weeks onto the Blog for further discussion.
- This Tuesday, May 22nd, is the NBA Draft Lottery, in which the Milwaukee Bucks have a 15.6% chance of winning one of the top three picks in the Greg Oden-Kevin Durant-Al Horford-Corey Brewer-Joakim Noah draft. I have a strong feeling that the Bucks will retain the #3 spot in this draft and have a difficult decision to make as to whom to select. Part of me believes it will be Al Horford, but I would really like either Corey Brewer or Mike Conley, Jr. I just hope the team can improve and be better in the 2007-08 campaign.
- The Brewers are having a fantastic start to the season, but as of late they are having a hard time winning some games against the better teams in baseball. I definitely believe they are going to have their first season over .500 since 1992 this season, but I doubt they will make much of an impact in the MLB playoffs due to there youth and inexperience in playing meaningful games after Labor Day this millennium. Your thoughts?
- What is the deal with the NFL Rookies having a photo shoot this weekend and the Packers going ahead and having a mini-camp scheduled which also coincides with this event. Then the NFL players association not allowing Brandon Jackson to attend the Packers mini-camp and saying either stay home or go to Los Angeles for the photo shoot. Crazy? Right?
- The Office aired its season finale this past week and it was a great episode in my mind. When Kevin was talking with Jim about creating a comparison list of who is hotter, Pam or Karen, I thought that was hilarious. I really can not wait for the next season to start to see how Michael reacts to Ryan Howard being his new boss. Did you guys watch the season finale?

So you think you can just stay silent for an entire month, and then swoop in and expect some comments? Here is my response, in extended comment form.
Tim and I discussed the draft over a month ago. We did not put in the percentages (http://www.nba.com/bucks/features/LotteryLogic_070517.html), but why would we since the Bucks got hosed since their most likely pick is 5th. See Tim's alternative draft idea at that post. My hope is for Durant, Brewer, Conley, Jr. then Hoaford. I would prefer all four.
Thoughts on Brewer games: Much of an impact? Yee of little faith. Its like I explained to my co-worker. If the Brewers continued on their pace prior to the 3-7 stretch, they would have likely won over 100 games. But this early in the season, you have to ask yourself, are we going to win 100 games or finish somewhere around 10-15 games over .500? I think the latter and think they can make some noise in the playoffs. Who has experience now a days anyway, Jeff Suppan?
I was going to do a blog on the Jackson fiasco, but did not yet have a chance, mainly since it was discussed Friday and Saturday and since I was occupied with the wrapping up of the 2006/2007 EPL season (Man Utd Premier League Champs and runners up to Chelsea in the FA Cup). I am giving Jackson a fair shake, but feel confident he will only be my second favorite "B. Jackson" of all time.
Okay, I have done enough to show my contempt with your lack of comments, not that it matters since based on history, your next visit to the blog will not occur until late June, so I will discuss the Office Season Three.
At the end of last season, I have to say I wanted to see Jim and Pam together (I predicted Valentine's Day), but they did it the right way and left it open to restart next season either in the same manner as this year or with Jim and Pam together. Tim and I argued wheter or not it Ryan was really getting the job. Tim thinks for sure but I am only 50/50 that Ryan was really talking about to the CFO at the end. For all I know, Jim asked Pam out to tell her he was moving to New York.
I can't decide my favorite part, but "www.creedthoughts.gov.www/creedthoughts. Check it out. " and "The same as the ratio of unicorns to leprechauns." ranks up there (thanks for the website link Tim).
Overall, I was satisfied with this season. It was the funniest show on TV, but I have to say that season 2 had more defining moments. I am not ranking them, but I have ranked Spiderman and Star Wars as 2, 1, then 3 (Rocky is 2, 1, 4, 3 then the rest). It seems like such a long time ago when Jim worked in Stamford, but it was just earlier this season. I did not like them making Michael really stupid on some of the shows, but overall they did a good job of keeping it funny and new. I am looking forward the DVD’s but have saved A Benihana Christmas, the Negotiation, Beach Games, and The Job on my DVR just to be safe.
