Arena Football in Milwaukee

Arena football is returning to Milwaukee. The Milwaukee Bonecrushers, a new entry in the Continental Indoor Football League, will play a brand of indoor football beginning in the spring of 2008 at the U.S. Cellular Arena.

Cheek, it looks like you will have a reason to become another type of season ticketholder and hopefully the "Nut" will return with this new arena football team for hours of in-game entertainment at the same level as Mike McCarter (a.k.a, Freeway) with Marquette Golden Eagles and Milwaukee Bucks games.

Wow, Freeway has a name.

The bones in the logo are not crushed.

How the heck does Egan know Freeway's name? Did he figure it out while trying to find Capuano in various Milwaukee restaurants?

Pelsi was somewhat right. I found this information on OnMilwaukee.com when I saw an article titled "The New Milwaukee Legends" which shows such well known characters at Freeway & the Pepperoni Cannoli guy. This was the same place I found out about Chris Capuano riding a segway, so I will give him partial credit.
