The year was 1996, the game was at home versus the San Diego Chargers during a Week 3 matchup. The Packers had a 10-3 lead just before the half when William Henderson caught an 8-yard touchdown pass from Favre. The reason this is my favorite William Henderson moment is not because he helped the Packers start their super season at 3-0. But because he went into the stands to do a Lambeau Leap and it was the only time I have ever seen the fans in the stands trying to back away as a players was jumping into the stands.
9/29/03 - The weeks leading up to the opening of "new soldier field" Bill and Ahman talk trash about Urlacher and basically say he screws up since he over committs with his speed.
End result, Packers rushed for 193 yards, Bill caught a TD, and the Pack get a big win.
"I can't understand why we don't play better. We make the same mistakes over and over," Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher said.
"It's frustrating right now. We had a chance to get back in the game and we don't make a play. It was a huge game, and we just embarrassed ourselves one more time."
Unfortunately, the Bears figured it out after 2003, until we crushed them this past year which produced the most solid evidence that Rex Grossman is an idiot (as it we need any more proof). We also crushed them at the end of the 2004 season in 2005, but I can't remember football even being played in 2005?
My least favorite moment was when he changed his jersey number to 33 from 30. Honestly, what was the deal with that? We have not played in the Superbowl since.
Here's mine,
